Positive points of the BFC Aviator
- Precise temperature control (TCI – Temperature Control Independent)
Each group can have its own flow temperature, adjustable via a color touchscreen. This allows adaptation to different coffees or blends and guarantees thermal stability even under heavy use.
- Programmable pressure profile (PPI – Pressure Profile Independent)
You can define several different pressure profiles for each group (for example five profiles), which provides more flexibility to adjust the extraction according to the type of coffee, roast, etc.
- Hot body / “thermo-compensated” groups
The groups are “temperature compensated,” which means they maintain their temperature better despite usage cycles. This contributes to achieving more consistent extractions.
- High-capacity copper boilers and thermosiphon circuit
Depending on the model, the boilers range from 14 to 21 liters (depending on the number of groups) with a thermosiphon circuit, which maintains stable heat and steam even during peak usage.
- Electronic option / modern interface
Touchscreens, programmable keypads, and color displays, making use more intuitive for the barista and allowing real-time monitoring of parameters—temperature, pressure, etc.
- Flexibility according to the number of groups
It is available in 2 or 3-group versions (and sometimes 1-group), allowing you to choose based on your production volume. If you are in a high-volume cafe, a 3-group version helps keep up with demand.
- Energy efficiency in “ECO” mode
Electronic models offer energy-saving modes. This can reduce consumption (useful during quieter hours or periods when the machine is operating less intensely).
- Thermal stability / water preheating
A water preheating circuit is introduced to improve stability even in extreme situations, which helps prevent temperature drops between shots.
- Design and aesthetics
Polished machine, available in several color finishes (stainless steel, black, white), with a modern interface. This can play a role in customer reception or the image of the establishment.
Description
Multiboiler coffee machines offer several advantages, especially for discerning coffee lovers and professionals:
Stable temperature: Multiboiler machines feature multiple boilers, which allows them to maintain a constant temperature for both coffee extraction and steam production. This ensures optimal coffee quality with every cup.
Efficiency and speed: With separate boilers for hot water and steam, these machines can prepare coffee and milk-based drinks simultaneously, reducing waiting time.
Precision: The ability to independently control the temperature of each boiler allows for precise adjustment of extraction settings for different types of coffee. This is essential for achieving an espresso at an extraction temperature between 88°C and 93°C and a lungo coffee that is not burnt (with an ideal extraction temperature between 70°C and 75°C maximum).
Durability: Multiboiler machines are often designed for heavy-duty use, making them more durable and reliable, particularly in a commercial environment.
Flexibility: They offer great flexibility for preparing a wide variety of drinks, from espressos to cappuccinos, with consistent quality.
These advantages make multiboiler coffee machines an excellent choice for those seeking superior coffee quality and high efficiency.
