The Sicilian brioche con il tuppo (with the “bun”). We offer you an original and inimitable recipe inspired by the ancient hairstyle worn by Sicilian women. This Sicilian brioche pairs beautifully with our Suavis frozen products at breakfast, during the midday break, at 4 p.m., and especially as a dessert after dinner.
Also discover the panzotta, available in sweet or savoury versions and suitable for vegetarians, the paffutella, a brioche to be filled with one of our delicious pistachio, chocolate or almond sauces, as well as our almond and pistachio pastes.
Our products are vacuum‑packed in a specially designed protective capsule that shields them during transport and, thanks to the benefits of modified atmosphere packaging, keeps them soft for more than 2 months — as if they had just come out of the oven!
