Preparation method and Cost price per product

the 1 kg coffee cream or coffee soft gelato is to be mixed with 1.5 litres of water and yields a total of 4 litres of product, i.e. about 30 servings of 130 ml, i.e. €0.90 per martini cup, for a selling price between €4 and €6

the 1 kg yoghurt soft gelato is to be mixed with 3 L of milk and will produce about 5 L of product in the machine, i.e. about 38 cups of 130 ml, with a cost price of €0.71 per cup

the 800 g hazelnut or pistachio soft gelato is to be mixed with 2.5 litres of milk and will produce 4.5 litres of product after 1 hour in the machine, i.e. about 34 servings of 130 ml, i.e. a cost price of €0.79 per cup
