Mode of preparation and Cost price per product
Coffee cream or coffee gelato soft 1 kg is to be mixed with 1.5 litres of water and yields a total of 4 litres of product, giving around 30 servings of 130 ml, i.e. €0.90 per martini cup, for a selling price between €4 and €6.
The gelato soft yoghurt 1 kg is to be mixed with 3 L of milk and will produce around 5 L of product in the machine, giving approximately 38 cups of 130 ml and a cost price of €0.71 per cup.
The hazelnut or pistachio gelato soft (800 g) is to be mixed with 2.5 litres of milk and will produce 4.5 L of product after 1 hour in the machine, giving around 34 servings of 130 ml, i.e. a cost price of €0.79 per cup.
