Description

The Gelato 15K Crea is an ice cream maker equipped with an efficient storage system, ideal for restaurateurs and gelato makers. Compact yet offering performance comparable to larger machines, it can process up to 3 kg of mix at a temperature of 8°C in just 8 to 10 minutes. The machine offers two operating modes: manual and automatic.

In manual mode, the operator controls the freezing cycle and can choose to switch to storage or turn off the machine when the desired consistency is reached. In automatic mode, four production programs allow the preparation of ice creams, sorbets, granitas, or rapid freezing, while four storage programs adjust the final texture according to preferences.

The paddle speed is adjustable from 30 to 160 revolutions per minute for optimal overrun. Equipped with mobile wheels, two of which have brakes, and an easy‑drain system for cleaning, the Gelato 15K Crea is both practical and compliant with European safety and environmental standards, particularly regarding F‑Gas regulations.
