Equipped with air cooling, this versatile machine operates in manual or automatic mode, offering optimal flexibility to suit the user’s needs. In manual mode, the compressor and paddle run independently, while an electronic system adjusts the ice‑cream consistency to prevent damage to the machine. In automatic mode, four production programs and four storage programs make it easy to prepare different types of ice cream without constant supervision, with the machine automatically switching to storage mode once the ice cream is ready.
