LEVA LUXURY: The excellence of espresso coffee
LEVA LUXURY, available in 3 versions with 2, 3 and 4 groups, guarantees high‑quality espresso coffee, thanks also to the Leva extraction system, highly appreciated by coffee lovers and professional baristas.
LEVA LUXURY is the latest creation from La San Marco. A model equipped with cutting‑edge LEVA CLASS® technology, able to captivate at first sight with its body entirely made of tempered glass, highlighting the technological solutions, the richness of the components, and the refined precision of the internal finishes.
LEVA LUXURY is a high‑end model of striking beauty from every angle, the ideal solution for prestigious venues worldwide.
LEVA LUXURY adds to the features and characteristics of a traditional lever machine an innovative look that makes it unique: the glass body, using multicolor LED technology, creates multiple chromatic effects with strong emotional impact; the colors are easily adjustable via a remote control with touch keyboard; the chromed extraction groups and CLASS cylinders; the mirror‑polished stainless steel boiler; the hydraulic components in polished brass and copper; the optional carbon‑look finish for the CLASS cylinders; and finally, the major innovation of this year: electronic control and regulation of the water temperature in the boiler, for the first time in a fully electromechanical La San Marco machine.
PID system
PID system (short for Proportional‑Integral‑Derivative)
The PID system works by electronically modulating the energy supplied to the heating element, in order to maintain a constant temperature. It thus replaces the current pressure switch, which cannot guarantee this temperature consistency.
Tempered glass, 1 cm thick.
Multiboiler option available. Comes in several colors.
Multiboiler coffee machines offer several advantages, especially for demanding coffee enthusiasts and professionals:
Stable temperature: Multiboiler machines are equipped with several boilers, which makes it possible to maintain a constant temperature for coffee extraction and steam production. This ensures optimal coffee quality in every cup.
Efficiency and speed: With separate boilers for hot water and steam, these machines can prepare coffee‑ and milk‑based drinks simultaneously, reducing waiting time.
Precision: The ability to independently control the temperature of each boiler allows precise adjustment of extraction parameters for different types of coffee, which is essential to obtain an espresso at an extraction temperature between 88 and 93 degrees and a lungo coffee that is not burnt (at an ideal extraction temperature between 70 and 75 degrees maximum).
Durability: Multiboiler machines are often designed for intensive use, which makes them more durable and reliable, particularly in a commercial environment.
Flexibility: They offer great flexibility to prepare a variety of drinks, from espressos to cappuccinos, with consistent quality.
These advantages make multiboiler coffee machines an excellent choice for those seeking superior coffee quality and high efficiency.
