Lemon sgroppino recipe:

100 ml lemon sorbetto + 50 ml Prosecco (or a dry sparkling wine) + 1 cl vodka + a few lemon zests and/or fresh basil for the final touch

If you want a lighter sgroppino, leave out the vodka.

Peach sgroppino recipe:

100 ml peach sorbetto + 5 cl Prosecco + 1 cl peach liqueur, thin peach slices for the final touch

Preparation method and cost price per product

Sachet to be mixed with 3 L of water, yielding 5.5 litres of product in the machine, i.e. 44 servings of 125 ml and a cost price of €0.54!

Overnight product holding

If at the end of the day there is still product left in the machine, simply switch the machine to holding mode to keep the product chilled while consuming very little energy.
The next morning, just switch the machine back to operating mode and the product will be ready to serve again in only 15 minutes.

🛠️ Machine maintenance and cleaning

Machine maintenance is very simple: just clean the small radiator at the back once a month by removing any accumulated dust.
Once or twice a week, remove the transparent tank and wash it in the sink together with the spiral. This operation takes no more than 5 to 10 minutes.
