Preparation method and cost price per product:
The 1kg coffee cream is to be mixed with 1.5 litres of water and yields a total of 4 litres of product, giving around 30 servings of 130 ml each, i.e. €0.90 per martini cup, for a selling price between €4 and €6.
The 1kg yoghurt cream is to be mixed with 3L of milk and will produce around 5L of product in the machine, giving approximately 38 servings of 130 ml, with a cost price of €0.71 per cup.
The 800g hazelnut and/or pistachio coffee cream is to be mixed with 2.5 litres of milk and will produce 4.5 litres of product after 1 hour in the machine, giving around 34 servings of 130 ml each, for a cost price of €0.79 per cup.
Leasing/renting available from €54/month with a starter pack including the soft gelato machine + 50 product bags of your choice + promotional material included. The renting will not appear on your balance sheet and is therefore not a loan. Contact us for more information.
Overnight product holding.
If there is still product left in the machine at the end of the day, simply switch the machine to holding mode to keep it chilled while consuming very little energy.
The next morning, just switch the machine back to operating mode and the product will be ready to serve again in only 15 minutes.
🛠️ Machine maintenance and cleaning
Machine maintenance is very simple: once a month, clean the small radiator at the back by removing any accumulated dust.
Once or twice a week, remove the transparent tank and wash it in the sink along with the spiral. This operation takes no more than 5 to 10 minutes.
